Ms. Bayan has 15 years of Kazakhstan government experience in different Ministries , Parliament, National Bank, Embassies of Kazakhstan , Foreign Currency Regulations, Export & Import licenses, Commercial & Industrial activities, as well as 10 years in the business development arena under Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Banks and Oil & Gas industry.

Ms. Bayan has previously been working as Business Development Director for Reach Energy Berhad (REB) which is an Oil & Gas company listed in the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (Bursa Malaysia). She was also Business Consultant in the Kazakhstan-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Manager of the representative office of JSC “KazNexInvest” in Kuala Lumpur.

She holds an MBA (Staffordshire) UK., B.Sc. (International Relations) from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan and B.Sc. Honours (Marketing) from the Kazakh State Academy of Management.
